The student/user did not access any portion of the online course and/or meeting links AND

The student/user requests a refund or payment plan cancellation, in writing via email to support@carrentalblueprint.com within three days from the date of purchase.

There will be no refunds and/or payment plan cancellations for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.

For courses purchased on payment plans, the full payment must be completed as scheduled. Payment plans cannot be cancelled once initiated, as students receive full access to the course upon the initial payment.

BG Enterprises LLC reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@carrentalblueprint.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
